Dear Members of Sundance,
The Sundance Board of Directors is proud to announce that the upgrades to the fitness center and access card system to the amenity center are complete. The gym received all new professional grade equipment and flooring. The entire Amenity Center was upgraded with a state of the art surveillance and access system.
Your old cards no longer function to gain access to the Amenity Center. Beginning on Tuesday, 16 February 2016 the board of directors authorized the issuance of will be new access cards to the clubhouse, fitness center, and pool area. All homeowners that are current with their assessments and accounts will be eligible to obtain access to the Amenity Center. New rules and regulations for the fitness center, pool, and clubhouse will need to be signed by all homeowners. Please take some time to review the attached rules and regulations.
Homeowners are encouraged to take advantage of obtaining their new access card by:

- 12500 San Pedro Ave. Ste. 325 San Antonio, Tx 78216.
- The offices are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The board will issue access cards at the Amenity Center Clubhouse on
- Tuesday, 16 February 2016 and Tuesday, 23 February 2016.
- The new access cards will be issued between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on both dates.
Each owner will receive one card at no charge; additional cards are subject to $50 fee. Any access cards issued and/or picked up after Tuesday, March 15, 2015 will be charged $50 per card. Homeowners must have all assessments and all accounts in good standing to receive the new access cards. No access cards will be sent via mail. Renters must supply a current copy of lease and a letter from the homeowner giving access to the amenity center.
