Dear Sundance Homeowners:
The Sundance HOA Board of Directors has changed the date of the board meeting. The meeting will be on Thursday, 17 November 2016 at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held inside the Amenity Center located at 1103 Sundance Fort. The meeting will begin at 6 pm starting with executive session and will enter into open session at 6:30 pm. For your convenience, we’ve attached for your review the tentative meeting agenda.
Members may attend to observe the meeting, and may have an opportunity to address the Board if time permits, however, this is not a homeowners meeting. Should you have any questions, please contact management at 866-473-2573. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you!
