Please welcome Justin Howard to the Board of Directors for Sundance effective January 1, 2014.  Justin has been appointed to this position after the recent resignation of Cathy Teague. Cathy has been our developer’s, KB Homes, board representative for many years. With only a few vacant lots and inventory houses remaining, she has turn the position over to a homeowner member.

Justin has been active with our committees for many years and has been attending Board of Directors Meetings in anticipation of this appointment since our last annual meeting.  Please give him a warm welcome and don’t hesitate to contact any of us if you have a question or concern.
