Hello to all Sundance Ridge & Trails Homeowners,

I am sending this message to ask all the homeowners who have been directly affected by the mud coming from the new subdivision being built up the hill to a meeting at the amenities center on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at 6:45 pm. Homeowners who have had damage done to their yards or property due to the mud that deposits after it rains are invited. This meeting is ONLY if you have had damage and are wanting the site builders (Bella Vista, from what I am being told) to step up and repair damages due directly to the clearing of the land to build new houses.

This meeting is being held so that we, as homeowners, (NOT HOA) can come together as a whole to work with Bella Vista to correct this issue. I think it is better that we all join together to deal with them as a whole and not one on one, but it will still be your choice as a homeowner to make that decision. That is the purpose of this meeting.

We are hoping that lawyers will not be needed, if they are willing to work with us to solve the problems at hand. Once again, the hope is to present a united front and all homeowners be on the same page to deal with Bella Vista to come to a resolution that all homeowners will be happy with.

If you able to make this meeting, it would be most beneficial, so please make the effort to attend and give your input on how to go about resolving this issue. I have also spoken with our HOA and a board member is planning on attending to provide additional information based on what the HOA has done. Please PM me or call/text if you have questions.
