As part of the continuing effort to provide all of us with ready and reliable access to our amenities, we are scheduled to have a new, and hopefully far more reliable access card system installed tomorrow. This does mean that new cards will be have to be issued to everyone. I apologize in advance for this inconvenient, but necessary, step.
Myself and the other members of the Board of Directors are working on a distribution plan that has the least impact on everyone. I expect that it will be very much like we did last time where we will arrange times to be set-up in the clubhouse to handle card swaps. In the meantime, there may be a short period between new system install and card re-issue where you will not have access to the pool or gym.
We are hopeful that this upgrade will greatly reduce the amount and frequency of access system issues that we have experienced…and we’ll get a new pool exit button (please tell your children, your guests and yourselves NOT to break this one!)
And to answer the number one question, no cost, other than a few minutes of your time, for card swaps.
