To Those Who Want To Know! 

A sub-committee has been formed by the Sundance (San Antonio) HOA BOD to look into the future of our finances.   You are invited to participate.   The agenda will cover a review of 2014’s expenses, a discussion of the projects that need to be funded in 2015, and a look at a 5-year plan for dues as well as a 10 year look at the reserve account demands. This is a strategic planning session to ensure future financial stability within the Sundance community.
