Neighbors,

The Board of Directors have been in discussions with each other,  our management company, monitoring CDC and Federal gov’t guidelines/recommendation, and referencing nationwide community management practices regarding the Covid-19 Pandemic and mitigation strategies.  The decision has been made, in the best interest of our community and in line with local and national actions, to close all Sundance Amenities until further notice.  Starting today the access to the Gym and the pool will be disabled.  The decision was not made lightly.  While we will not be cordoning off the playground, please consider it closed as well. 

There is simply no way to disinfect it and ensure the safety of everyone.  We recognize that this will be an inconvenience but I ask for your patience and understanding as we try our best to keep the community safe.
