Movies in the Park!
The first of hopefully many more FREE drive-in format movies to come. Sherlock Gnomes will begin at 8;30 followed by Black Panther. BYO blankets, pillows and chairs. Hotdogs, drinks, chips and popcorn will be available for $1 each while supplies last. All proceeds will go back into the Action Committee for future events.
Other Events:
Action Committee Meeting– July 10– 6:30 pm Clubhouse– We will be discussing and planning future events that have already been approved by the board, as well as other events we would like to add. Please join us, all are welcome!
Sundance Food Trucks
Thanks to the amazing work by community resident Valerie, we have a number of food trucks visiting our neighborhood. During weekend visits we will provide shaded seating for convenience as long as there is interest. Please take this opportunity to come and mingle with your neighbors and support our community.

Things To Note:
From now until the close of business day July 13th, you can go down to the Real Manage office to pick up your amenities access card at no cost. If your account has anything other than a zero balance, you can make payments at that time to bring your account to current— a requirement to obtain your access card. Additional cards/replacement cards are available for $50, however we are currently negotiating some of the fees attached in the hopes that we can bring the cost down in the future.
