Dear Members of Sundance HOA:

 As you may remember from our announcement back on August 1st, Sundance HOA has chosen to change HOA management companies to RealManage, Inc. beginning September 1, 2014.

You should now direct all communications to the contact information below. RealManage has been working with ProComm since August 1st to gather information and documents essential to our association. This transition will take a few months so please be patient and don’t hesitate to call or email any of us if you have questions.

I am confident many of you already have questions regarding the transition process. I have added a few links on the website and information to the website, which can be found at www.sundancehoa.com.  Here you will be able to find contact information and links to help manage your account.

RealManage partners with CiraConnect, the industry’s leading technology and shared services provider, to deliver top-quality services to your community.  These services include a team of Resident Advisors that is waiting to assist you with questions you may have regarding your account or the community you live in.  Our Resident Service Center is available Monday through Friday 1-866-4RealService (1-866-473-2573) from 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. You may also email us at SUNSANA@ciramail.com.

As of Monday, September 1st, you also have access to your personal Resident Portal*, an online servicing tool designed to provide easy and immediate access to the most important information regarding your property and community.  You will be able to view information anytime, anywhere, with the click of a mouse at www.realmanage.com.  You will need your account specific information listed at the top of the letter mailed to your address.

 Using the Resident Portal you will be able to:

  • Make a one-time or recurring assessment payment(s) – SIGN UP for ACH Today!
  • Check the status of current payments – including the date, amount and type of payment
  • Change your mailing address, phone numbers and other contact information
  • Communicate with us any time using our convenient online contact email feature
  • View a history of relevant correspondence including various notices and documents
  • Obtain ACC forms, amenity access forms, and your community’s governing documents
  • Review and report deed restriction violations
  • View a directory of listed residents in your association
  • Find helpful resources about community association living
  • And more!

 

*Some features will be unavailable until the transition of your community to our system is complete.
