The Sundance HOA Board of Directors will be meeting on Tuesday, December 16th, 2014 at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be held inside the Amenity Center located at 1103 Sundance Fall. For your convenience, we’ve attached for your review the tentative meeting agenda. Members may attend to observe the meeting, and may have an opportunity to address the Board if time permits, however, this is not a homeowners meeting. 2015 Assessment Payments
With the busy holiday season, this is a reminder that the 1st semi-annual assessments for 2015 is due January 1st. There are four different ways to pay assessments: ACH/Auto debit (RECOMMENDED), eCheck/Credit Card, Your bank’s Online Bill-Pay, and check.
Resident Portal – Don’t Forget to Register!
If you have not already done so, we encourage you to register for the resident portal. What exactly is the portal? The resident portal is an online servicing tool designed to provide easy and immediate access to most important information regarding your property, and association business matters. View information anytime by visiting www.realmanage.com. To register, you will need your association ID (SUNSANA), Customer ID (your account number) which can be found on the statement, and check ID number. Using the portal enables you to make a one time or recurring assessment payment, check the status of current payments, communicate with your management team, and find helpful resources about community association living and many more!
