Sundance (San Antonio) HOA
2015 SPRING CLEAN UP!
Saturday April 11th from 0800 – 1400
PROJECT 1- Sundance Trails Tot Lot Bark Replacement & Racking
This project with take approximately 5 hours and needs 4 members to bring their iron rakes and work with President Richard McDonald to move the delivered bark to the tot lot and rake it out smooth.
Meet at the clubhouse 8 am.
PROJECT 2 – Potranco Road Weed & Trash Removal
This project will take approximately 3 hours and needs 3 members to bring shovels and work with Gary Mierkey who will be our traffic monitor to prevent any accidents. The work is to pick up the flying trash and chop the tall grass down from the fence lines for the Trails the Ridge and the flood plain along Potranco.
The HOA will provide trash bags, just meet at the clubhouse at 9am.
PROJECT 3 – Provide Water & Food Service
This project will take approximately 2 hours and needs 2 members to purchase, prepare, and dispose of a light lunch for our workers at 1 pm at the clubhouse.
Meet at the clubhouse at Noon.
