Below, please find reminder information pertaining to the planned trash removal service change.
The attached document is simply a reminder which was originally sent in the earlier part of this month in the following fashions:

Trash Service Change – Effective March 1st, Metro Waste will be the selected waste removal service provider for Sundance HOA. Please be advised, Tiger Sanitation’s last day of service will be today, February 26that which time, they will be removing both trash and recycling containers. Be sure to have both containers placed in front of your property the night before to allow a smooth transition. Tiger Sanitation will crediting each account scheduled for billing after February 26th. It is advisable to monitor your account accordingly. Direct contact with Tiger to address billing inquiries will be required.
To ensure there are no gaps in service, Metro Waste has requested to have all residents contact them directly to set up an account. Attached, please find their notification as well as a sample letter each resident should receive once registered. Should you have any questions regarding the service, please contact Metro Waste at 210-807-8555. To reduce any confusion, the days of service will remain the same. Should you have any questions, regarding set up, services provided, Metro Waste has provided a sample of what is provided to each resident once an account has been opened. There services are customized for each need, this is something of which to take advantage!
