For their help in adding the much needed kiddie cushion to the playground, picking up trash in the trails and mowing the Fence line on Potranco in front of our Trails Subdivision. This hard work was halted due to heavy rain but much was accomplished! It was a pleasure working …and feeding all of you awesome volunteers! I can’t wait till the next Clean-up day just to get to spend it with all of you:)

Board Meeting Notice & Important Dates to Remember….

The Sundance HOA Board of Directors will be meeting on Wednesday, April 15th, 2015 at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be held inside the Amenity Center located at 1103 Sundance Fort. The final Agenda will be available to the homeowners at the Board Meeting.

Members may attend to observe the meeting, and may have an opportunity to address the Board if time permits, however, this is not a homeowners meeting. Should you have any questions, please contact management at 866-473-2573. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you!
