Important message from your HOA

First, thank you to all of our volunteers who spend countless hours serving our community. They have done an awesome job!

As you recall from our announcement back in March when the pool opened early this year we expressed the need for adequate volunteers.  (See original message below) Thus far we have not had an adequate number of volunteers, as we previously mentioned the current pool schedule could be modified due to lack of volunteers.

The Action Committee, which is responsible for scheduling, will be having a special meeting to address this issue on Thursday July 17th at 7:30 p.m. at the clubhouse prior to the Board of Directors meeting.  Should there not be a sufficient amount of volunteers to sign up, be trained and on the schedule subsequent to this meeting the Board of Directors will have no choice but to modify the pool hours.

We are seeking 10 self motivated individuals that are not currently on the schedule. The responsibilities will include opening and or closing the pool gate, spot checks at amenities center and or opening/closing clubhouse for parties reserved.

This year we are going to do it a little different. In years past the pool has been opened in May, subsequent to our annual meeting. However, this year the pool season will begin next weekend. Yes, your eyes are not playing tricks on you! The pool will open on March 22, 2014.

This can only happen with volunteers like you to open, close, and help monitor the pool, so we will need your help! If you are interested in participating please click here to send a message to Lindsay if you have not already done so. Should there not be sufficient volunteers, the season will be shortened until the need is fulfilled.

We couldn’t be a community without you!
