Did you know there is no longer a $25 fee when submitting your Architectural Control Form (ACC Request)?

    The Sundance HOA does not charge members to review submitted plans to make changes or improvements to your property.

The form can be found and submitted on the Resident Portal or at SundanceHOA.com

    Architectural Control Committee & ACC Requests -You may be thinking about improvements or modifications to your home, with Spring around the corner, please be aware of the need for an ACC request.

    If you are unsure if your project needs ACC approval please send an email with your question to SUNSANA@ciramail.com

    Read the Associations Bylaws and CC&R’s (Covenants, Codes & Restrictions) periodically to familiarize yourself with the rules.  If you need clarification on any item please contact your Board of Directors or RealManage who can direct your questions to the AC Committee which ultimately will decide to approve or deny a request.

    Fines can be issued for those who take action on a project without approval from the AC Committee, this is considered an “unapproved improvement”.

    Remember to always call Texas 811 before you dig, they will at no charge come out and spray lines to show what is under ground.
