Dear Sundance Homeowners:
The Sundance HOA Board of Directors will be meeting on Tuesday, 17 November 2015, at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be held inside the Amenity Center located at 1103 Sundance Fall. For your convenience, we’ve attached for your review the tentative meeting agenda.
Members may attend to observe the meeting, and may have an opportunity to address the Board if time permits, however, this is not a homeowners meeting. Should you have any questions, please contact management at 866-473-2573. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you!
Also, the Landscape Committee will be holding their Christmas Decorating on Saturday, 21 November 2015. The committee is needing volunteers to come out and assist pull up Christmas lights on the entrance of the community. All homeowners are encouraged to meet at the clubhouse from 9 am to 1 pm. Hope to see everyone there to help decorate for the holidays!
