The new 2013 POOL SEASON HOURS are:

Tuesday thru Sunday – 8am to 10pm (closed on Mondays), the pool is officially open today May 24th.
Throughout the season if you see that the pool needs attention, our pool company- Community Pool Management’s owner Fletcher has offered his personal phone number to everyone 210-889-7665. The Board also recommends to report these concerns to ProComm so that they can record the concern and be able to follow up.

***If you would like to volunteer to help with opening or closing the pool please send an email to lindsay@sundancefamily.com with your specific day you can help and either Open or Close option. This task consists of unlocking the combination lock on the gate (am), checking for cleanliness (am) or locking the gate with combo (pm) and turning off bathroom lights (pm). Training will be given to any one who wants to help on their first shift.

LANDSCAPING & TRAILS: A five foot easement on both sides of sidewalks throughout the trails are scheduled to be mowed/cut next week. Parklane Landscaping will be applying Fire Ant treatment and fertilization treatment at no additional cost this season!

FITNESS ROOM: The committee has a $500.00 budget for fitness room repairs & improvements, the Action Committee will need to to start working on getting proposals for improvements, etc. and submit to Board to get started!

CLUBHOUSE: The cost for renting the clubhouse remains at $45.00 to raise money for the Fitness Room (equipment, improvements, etc.) throughout the month of May! ***While lifeguards are not required they are recommended for parties that will be using the pool. Safety should be first thought!

The Board met on May 23rd to discuss these issues and concerns from the community feedback provided via Nextdoor, emails and phone calls, your voices, concerns and opinions are heard.
